We are running PhD and DBA research into our work through sponsorship, guidance, mentoring and providing platforms to test hypotheses. Inevitably this is a nascent science and peer reviewed journals often take 2 years to publish so what is out there is already 5 years out of date. We can’t wait that long.

Alongside this we encourage our researchers to publish their work wherever is expedient rather than be hung up on the REF type 0-4 star rating which ironically has an impact sub-component …. which is what we measure. Some of our early work is now available for others to review.
