We have a Capacity Development model for our metrics. What forms a whole person, or a rounded organisation, or a complete world, is a  set of myriad parameters that are literally – endless. We believe these parameters – love, hope, ambition, freedom, independence …. cut across all micro-meso-macro levels.

Unlike unravelling  DNA, which is bounded, we do not believe there is a finite limit to these attributes. Our journey is to learn to measure them, to integrate them, and to comprehend them.
